The establishment offered a clean and comfortable environment, reflecting a careful attention to detail in room maintenance and cleanliness. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere, although I did encounter a few who seemed less approachable. The dining options were varied and met my culinary expectations, allowing me to enjoy a taste of local and international cuisine. One aspect that could benefit from improvement was the water pressure in my room, as I encountered issues with both water pressure and temperature. The moderate climate alleviated some of these concerns. The animation team was a highlight of my stay, providing enjoyable activities that engaged guests throughout the day. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was commendable, especially during evening performances which showcased local culture.
